Who This is For
-
You've been trying, but it feels like nothing changes.
You scroll LinkedIn, check job portals, send applications, tweak your CV... yet nothing really happens. Days go by, motivation drops, and you start wondering, "What am I doing wrong?"
-
You have ideas and dreams — but no structure.
You know what you want, or at least what you don’t want anymore. But turning those ideas into action feels hard. It's not that you don't have time, but things just don't seem to move forward.
-
You’re tired of long, grey days and need a spark.
Maybe autumn feels heavy. Maybe you've moved for a partner's job and are still finding your own path. Or maybe you just want new energy, ideas, and connection with people who understand.

Why Job Search Club?
The idea of creating a Job Search Club has stayed with me since 2014, when I graduated and was unemployed for the first time.
I came across an article about job clubs that started in the 1970s in the U.S. They brought together small, committed groups of people whose full-time job was to find a job.

The idea of changing the job search from an isolated experience to an journey that could be easier when walked together stayed with me. I saw the potential to make a real difference in people’s lives and began to learn more about HR and Self-Development.
Later, when I lived in Spain, I organized a weekly language exchange group for locals and expats. I loved bringing people together, creating fun activities, and seeing friendships form.
Job Search Club is a space where you can grow, connect, and feel supported while finding your next opportunity.
