Hi, I’m Helery – A Creative Entrepreneurial Mind
That Helps You Dream BIG and Get Hired

My experience of being unemployed

In 2014, I was unemployed for the first time. Despite having a recent university degree and study abroad experience in Asia, I struggled to find a job.

I still remember the walk to the Unemployment Office - feeling like a failure. I didn’t job searching because, over time, I began to lose confidence and my motivation.

I was thinking: "Why searching for something that ideally should make me feel happy needs to be so negative?"

Then one evening, I found an article about Job Search Clubs, a concept that originated in the 1970s in the USA. These clubs were small, committed groups of people whose full-time job was to find a job.

The idea of turning job searching from an isolated struggle into a journey that could be easier when walked together stayed with me. I saw the potential to make a real difference in people’s lives and began to learn more about HR and self-development.

Proven CV and HR Expertise That Helps You Succeed

Along the way, I began helping friends with their CVs and cover letters - and many of them landed job interviews.

While working in Finland as a Business Development Manager, I assembled an international team and gained practical experience with HR.

It gave me valuable insight into what employers actually look for and how job seekers can present their skills with confidence and stand out from the competition.

Creative Entrepreneurial Mind That Helps You to Dream BIG.

My background is in Tourism and Hotel Management, with a focus on Marketing. Over the years, I've worked in Thailand, Finland and Spain - but always dreamed of creating something of my own.

I enjoy starting from scratch. I've co-founded two companies, run an international language exchange group in Seville, and learned to speak Spanish to enter the local job market.

People often tell me I have strong writing and marketing skills. I would also add researching and creating engaging presentations to that list. One of my proudest moments at university was when my final thesis ranked in the TOP 10 out of 180 students.

Farera Helery is my newest venture - a space where I combine my skills, life experience, and purpose to help you find a job in a new country. I also want to promote a healthy job search that supports your well-being and helps you move forward with clarity.

And finally, there's the most personal part of the idea behind Farera Helery.

The Girl by the Lighthouse

The girl with the lighthouse isn't a copy-and-paste image from a photo bank. It holds a much deeper meaning and was created by my sister.

In 2019, I lost my fiancé to a sudden death while we were living abroad in Spain. My life as I knew it collapsed and I had to rebuild it.

The lighthouse is a personal symbol of resilience and guidance. Through my work I hope to inspire others who, at some point in their life, need to start over. Because I know, that even after the hardest moments, it is possible to begin again and create something beautiful.
